Thoughts on books to read in your spare time…

RIP 😦
Wow. I’ve an old copy of The Catcher in the Rye in the trunk of my car. I just got it intending to read it for the We Didn’t Start the Fire Challenge.
I wonder if there’s a manuscript or two hiding in his desk….
I feel that way about The Catcher in the Rye.
Nymeth, RIP indeed. I almost hate the publicity storm that will follow.
CB, there’s certainly speculation about a couple of novels he never published. Time will tell…I wonder what it would be like to read Catcher in the Rye now. I was thirteen when I read it the first time. I loved it so much.
Sherry, that is the first book I can remember reading and thinking I wanted to write something myself. I had never heard a voice like Holden’s before.
